CS-01Logistics
Forty drivers onto a Dubai fleet in five weeks
A last-mile delivery operator, Dubai
- The constraint
- A new contract required forty drivers inside a month, and the sponsor had no in-house PRO. Half the candidates were outside the UAE, the rest were on expired visit status.
- What we ran
- We ran the Dubai employment sequence per candidate and let the chain open the family files for the eleven who brought dependants. Medical and Emirates ID appointments were batched by area to cut two trips per hire.
- Where it landed
- Thirty-eight employees stamped within five weeks; the remaining two were held on a document mismatch we surfaced at the first stage, before any government fee was spent.
CS-02Hospitality
A hotel group renewing 120 permits without a single lapse
A four-property hotel group, Abu Dhabi
- The constraint
- Renewals were tracked in a spreadsheet. Two properties had already missed a grace period the previous year, and the group had no view of which files were exposed.
- What we ran
- Every active permit went onto the expiry calendar. Renewals opened automatically at sixty days, with the profession amendments routed through the modification sequence in the same chain.
- Where it landed
- One hundred and twenty renewals closed in the cycle with no fines raised and no employee off-status for a working day.
CS-03Technology
A free-zone team licensing a mainland entity in eleven days
A software company, free zone tenant
- The constraint
- The company needed a mainland licence to contract with government clients, but its shareholders were spread across three jurisdictions and one was a corporate entity.
- What we ran
- The formation sequence ran the name reservation, initial approval and MOA in parallel with the attested corporate documents. The investor visas were opened by the chain the day the licence issued.
- Where it landed
- Licence issued in eleven working days, with shareholder residency files open the same week and a clean UBO register handed over.
CS-04Private clients
A family of six relocated in one chain
A private client, Dubai
- The constraint
- A Golden Visa holder wanted spouse, three children, and one parent on file before the school term, with documents issued in two different countries.
- What we ran
- The golden visa file was verified first, then the family sequence opened with attestations tracked per dependant. School enrolment deadlines set the priority flags on each stage.
- Where it landed
- Five dependant files stamped in twenty-two days, including one attestation that had to be redone from a consulate abroad.
CS-05Facilities management
Domestic staff compliance for a serviced residence
A serviced-residence operator, Dubai
- The constraint
- Household staff had been engaged informally. The operator wanted every file regularised and renewals automated, without disrupting service at the properties.
- What we ran
- New domestic permits were lodged with medical and insurance staged together; renewals were scheduled off the expiry calendar so no file lapsed mid-tenancy.
- Where it landed
- Twenty-six files regularised over one quarter and every renewal since has opened automatically at sixty days.
CS-06Manufacturing
Reshaping a licence after a shareholder exit
A manufacturing group, Sharjah
- The constraint
- A partner exit required the MOA, the licence and the establishment card to change at once, with two bank mandates paused until the record was clean.
- What we ran
- The amendment and modification sequences ran as one chain, with the notarised MOA and the economic-department filings tracked stage by stage.
- Where it landed
- Licence issued in the new shareholding structure in eighteen working days, with bank mandates restored the following week.
